The Yuyang 1HF well, a deep coalbed methane exploration horizontal well in the Daniudi gas field, was drilled by the 50878HB drilling team of the North China Wupu Branch. Your company's drill bit product was used to start drilling at 5:00 on August 9, 2024, complete drilling at 19:00 on September 18, and complete drilling at 00:00 on September 22.

The drilling depth is 4260 meters, the actual horizontal section is 1200m, the drilling cycle is 40.58 days, the completion cycle is 43.79 days, and the well construction cycle is 52.38 days.

Pre design drilling cycle of 3.42 days with a speed increase of 7.77%, and pre design completion cycle of 8.21 days with a speed increase of 15.78%.

This well achieved a single drilling of 1200m in a horizontal coal seam section, breaking the record for the fastest drilling cycle, completion cycle, and construction cycle of a deep coalbed methane exploration well with a large inclination and large wellbore. It also set the record for the longest horizontal coal seam section of 1200m in a deep coalbed methane exploration well, the highest coal seam drilling encounter rate in a deep coalbed methane assisted exploration well, and the deepest horizontal well of 4260 meters in a deep coalbed methane exploration well.
